Skip the Traditional Mortgage Red Tape

Traditional home-equity financing can require weeks of paperwork, manual underwriting, title searches, appraisals, and in-person appointments. Our fintech-powered business-purpose HELOC uses automated property valuation, digital lien verification, online document collection, and remote notarization where available to create a faster, easier experience.

Program Benefits

Access $25K–$750K

Financing amounts are based on creditworthiness, property value, available equity, lien position, occupancy, and lender guidelines.

Keep Your Existing Mortgage

Access your equity without replacing or refinancing your current first mortgage or giving up its existing rate.

Long-Term Monthly Payments

Qualified borrowers may choose from available 10-, 15-, 20-, or 30-year fully amortizing terms.

Multiple Lien Positions

Eligible primary residences may qualify for first, second, or up to third-lien position. Non-owner-occupied properties are generally limited to first or second position.

Fast Digital Process

Complete the application online with automated verification and remote closing options available in many states.

Fixed and Variable Options

Available financing options may include fixed or variable rates depending on the borrower, property, and current program guidelines.

Use Equity From More Than Just Your Primary Home

Primary Residence

Qualified business owners may use equity from a primary residence for an eligible business purpose. Most funding is initiated within five business days, including the required three-business-day rescission period.

Second Home

Eligible second homes may qualify without the primary-residence rescission period, allowing the transaction to move more quickly after closing requirements are completed.

Investment Property

Eligible non-owner-occupied investment properties may qualify for a first- or second-position business-purpose HELOC. Availability varies by state.

Property types, occupancy options, lien positions, and state availability are subject to lender guidelines. Investment-property HELOCs are not available in every state.

Important Disclosure

First Capital Funding is not a bank and does not make final credit decisions. Financing is provided by participating third-party lenders. All financing is subject to application, credit approval, income verification, acceptable property valuation, available equity, lien position, state availability, business-purpose verification, and the lender's underwriting requirements. Checking potential eligibility may use a soft credit inquiry; a hard credit inquiry may be required later in the application process. Loan amounts, rates, fees, terms, and funding times vary. “As few as five business days” is not a guarantee. Primary-residence transactions generally include a three-business-day rescission period. ACH processing by the borrower's financial institution may require additional time. Investment-property and non-owner-occupied programs are unavailable in certain states. This is not an offer or commitment to lend.
