Accessibility Statement

We believe every business owner should be able to research programs, submit an application, upload documents, and make a payment independently, regardless of ability or assistive technology used. Accessibility is treated as an ongoing obligation, not a one-time project.

• Semantic HTML structure with a single descriptive H1 and logical heading order on every page.
• Keyboard operability for navigation, dropdowns, modals, file uploads, and the payment portal.
• Accessible names on icon-only buttons, social links, and form controls, with visible labels on every input.
• Color contrast targets that meet or exceed WCAG AA for body text and interactive elements.
• Descriptive alternative text on meaningful images and decorative markup hidden from screen readers.
• Responsive layouts that support zoom to 200% and mobile screen readers without loss of content.

We consider this site substantially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Some third-party components — including embedded partner platforms, payment processor surfaces, and external application portals — are outside our direct control. Where a third-party element creates a barrier, we will work with the vendor and provide an accessible alternative in the meantime.
